Customer service needs improvement. The higher tier player you’re rated helps with some issues. The overall hotel and casino are nice but very crowded on Friday & Saturday nights. It’s hard to find an open seat at a table.

Waitresses working the casino floor are really sparse and rude. Was there for 5 hours and I got one drink. When I asked her to come back she asked me was I special. I said I would just like another drink later
