The owners themselves were aware and reached out right away..even ordered a replacement all the way from Beaumont. I guess I thought a bigger store like Home Outlet that I was just stuck with a sink I couldn’t use (especially since i had already customized the sink trying to fix) but no I’ve got a brand new one.They’re very down to earth and cooperative. ANYONE that has any kind of fuss about a purchase please do give them a call asap because they’ll handle it in no time.Like I said..surprising ??Thanks so much Mr Cody ????”

“I just an excellent experience with the manager Kim; whoever hired her is brilliant because that woman is a real deal treasure! I’m a truck driver that came in to deliver at 6am but no one was in receiving yet. Kim walked in the room, interacted with kindness, put her bags down, and started solving problems with the highest level of calmness I think I’ve ever seen. During my delivery I observed her interact with probably 10 employees and three truck drivers. She was polite, calm, respectful, focused, responsive to her employees requests, and thoughtful about what she was doing. Kim, OUTSTANDING!!! I was the door delivery guy.”

“The staff here is not only knowledgeable on where things are in their store but what they products do and recommend. I was just there the other day taking advantage of the discounted vet day and as I was getting information an employee was taking notes to better assist someone with the same questions! You don’t find many places like this and definitely not the amazing employees!”
