She immediately reassured me and told me her office staff would take care of everything—even though she was off that day. She asked me to send over some information so she could get it to the office, which I truly appreciated.
Shortly after, Mrs. Jenny called needing just a bit more information. Once she received it, she let me know Mrs. Gail would be in touch as soon as the policy was worked up. Within five minutes, Mrs. Gail called, had the policy ready, and was incredibly patient while helping me with payment details.
From start to finish, everything was handled in under 30 minutes—and all of this happened right as their office was closing.
