I took my new 370Z to them for a subwoofer install. I spoke to them to make it clear that their installer was of the caliber that would NOT leave missing screws and missing plastic rivets so as to make vibrations and noise from panels not properly secured. I was assured by the sales guy and the installer he would never do such things. Well when I sold the car a couple months later I removed the subs myself and found the installer did a piss poor job with missing and broken screws and mounting tabs as if he did it on purpose because I specifically asked them to pay attention to that and not break or loose them. They did exactly what I was assured they would never do. I goto baileys audio now for the four cars I have bought since and I suggest anyone out there stay far away from this instaler.

Replaced speakers in my truck. Good quality on sale. Installed in reasonable time. Only it took 2 days to get the cigarette smell out of the truck.

In my opinion if you black stay away from jays I have spent good money with them now every time I go to get my music right. They want to charge a hell of a lot each time I go backbone time its this much and the next time it has went up.instead of working with me...its my opinion...so go to Texas if u just want a stero for 200 and then it goes up to almost 500 just my opinion but I want be going back this is my opinion

Gave me the craziest reason to not upgrade my radio says mechanics will say my car is messing up because of the after market stereo....????? I guess this has been a problem the last 30 years of my life...
