The staff were very helpful and took the time to show me a few options that matched what I was looking for without being pushy at all. Everything felt like good quality, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. I’m giving it four stars just because it can get a little crowded depending on the time of day, but otherwise, it was a great shopping experience.”

“I have not personally bought a ring but in November I was in love with a set and wish it was still there in February I had no idea I was getting engaged that day or I would have picked out a ring in this shop to fall in love with but after dealing with Kay jewelers errors with a diamond falling out and resizing mot being taken care of in one shot. I will be looking to by a bridal set because I do know the customer service and the help each time I was there was very helpful and personal. My ring came back whole but not resized and I didn't even know it was back until I got an email for it to go out I didn't even have it a month. Sometimes local is always better and people like you guys make a big impression I get married next December so I will be ring shopping here for sure.”
“I’ve been to all of the Chads in Lake Charles and Sulphur as well as almost every other pawn shop there is here in LC, NOT EVEN ONE of them compare to Chads on Broad st. And that’s bc of Arthur! He is very knowledgeable about the stuff in his store. He always goes out of his way for his customers. That’s why Chads on Broad is the only pawn shop me or anyone else in my family will go to and it’s been like that for years! The owner of Chads won the lotto when he employed Arthur to manage one of his stores.”
“I have to say, Chad's is a super place to pawn or to purchase. They are very easy to work with and they let you know through their actions that they appreciate your business. There are a lot of shifty characters in the pawn business (I suppose) but these guys are the opposite. They are very forthright and honest. I would highly recommend them to do business with.”

“Beautiful, classy, second-generation family business with wonderful customer service, including special orders, engraving, and gift wrapping. Choose silverware, China, crystal, seasonal gifts, engagement rings, baubles, exquisite "knick knacks" or jewelry ... just because. They also do amazing repair work - fixed my mom's broken engagement ring so it could be passed down. And, if that's not enough, they also do appraising....and will make you a nice cup of coffee while you wait.”
