This store rarely has what I'm looking for in stock. Doesn't matter what I'm after. Must be Murphy's law or something.

Allows fraudelent purchases using our military discount. Management refuses to do anything after numerous calls. FYI Lowes: this is equivalent to shoplifting/theft/fraud.

Customer service refused to take a same-day return because the barcode wasn’t registered for their store (which I had just purchased it at an hour prior). Then changed their mind, agreed to take the items, and acted as if the problem was solved. Reviewed the receipt to see that I was not credited for the item and was deceived into believing otherwise. Staff are remarkably apathetic and manage put the department of motor vehicles to shame. How they’ve amassed anything greater than 1-star has to be the work of AI. Last time I step foot in Lowe’s.

I have been so impressed with the selection of plants they have been bringing into the stores lately. Found some beautiful houseplant that I had not seen anywhere else and trust me, I shop for plants, besides online, yet they had those "rare" varieties in stock just waiting for someone like me who's been a plant parent for nearly a decade to come and take them home. I really appreciated seeing some different plants in this area. I was thrilled to see philodendrons and anthuriums of unique and hard to find species. I had originally stopped to buy a simple glass cutting tool, which they had and I found relatively quickly with ease just by looking at the big signs hanging from the roof of the store. I had no clue as to where on earth I could locate this particular tool either but I was able to walk right up to it with no help from the employees at all. I love visiting Lowe's because I can always find the inspiration for the next home improvement project while I'm there gathering supplies for the current home improvement project. I find that their prices are competitive and they don't bother me one way or another.

Another bad experience.... again... the employer cindy. For some reason the employees of this store want to fo whatever they want. I asked cindy a store credit and she didnt want to give me the money back the way i wanted, she put the money on the credit card and refused to fix the problem. Cant be happening at all lowes the same situation. If they dont want to give store credit ... just say i cant.

After leaving the "other" local big box hardware store. I found the employees here much more willing to assist you. Ample stock and plenty of smiling faces!

It may be a big-box store, but every time I walk into the Sulphur Branch, I feel like Norm from Cheers! LOL

The communication and efficiency across departments at this store is grossly dysfunctional. Shipping and receiving in coordination with customer service is about as clear as toddler conveying exhaustion to his caregiver. Prepare to waste time and brain cells in dealing with the two!
