the lady at the door tonight (assuming the manager) was incredibly rude. considering your website said the store closed at 11, one would assume YOU CLOSED AT ELEVEN. coming from someone who spends lots of money here, i will not be back. if you don’t like your job, find a new one!❤️ hope this helps your attitude!!😆

I am not one to post reviews, good or bad, but that situation that occurred last night (11/27) warrants one.
Marshall’s is my favorite go-to for anything and everything, and the staff members are always so pleasant! 5 stars always!
I’m leaving a 1 Star review strictly for the (blonde hair) female manager who was on duty last night (11/27). As i was checking out, all of us in line began listening to her as she LOUDLY and disrespectfully reprimanded the young lady who was checking me out for a dress code violation. The young lady began to cry. I want to preface this by saying how nice the worker was and she had the best attitude- it was heartbreaking to see how her mood quickly changed after the manager yelled at her.
To the manager last night,
You should be ashamed of yourself. You could have easily had a conversation about her dress code (holes in jeans) privately and more respectively. Managers like you are the reason companies will lose great employees. Do better!

Went in to exchange a hair dryer I bought in Pearland because a piece of it was missing from the box.. they did not have this same hair dryer and not any that I wanted to exchange it for they pretty much only had Revlon and you can get that brand at Walmart... I was wanting the same one or one similar to a Dyson one. So didn't change or return the one that is missing a part then I ended up buying more things I probably didn't need. The store was stocked pretty well from the last time I was there. It was really really busy too, the checkout line was all around the front and down the middle isle. They had I believe 5 or 6 checkers this time so it went pretty fast.
