I’m a truck driver that came in to deliver at 6am but no one was in receiving yet. Kim walked in the room, interacted with kindness, put her bags down, and started solving problems with the highest level of calmness I think I’ve ever seen. During my delivery I observed her interact with probably 10 employees and three truck drivers.
