This was the most awful experience the man I. The front was so ugly and rude and we were evacuated from hurricane ida and had to spend well over $100 on bug spray and cleaning supplies before we could even sit down, on the 5th night we left at 10:30pm to get some McDonald's and when we returned we were locked out of our room and when we addressed management he told us we had to leave because we "left our door opened" which was a lie because I have valuable things in that room beings we were evacuated, I had to call the police and he then demanded that I pay $200 deposit in case his room was damaged and we had to leave the next day.. he refused to let me into my room until I paid it, I will end up having to dispute the charges with my bank because he charged well over$800 for a roach motel invested with drugs and bugs. The bottom line is, he knew we were taking our business elsewhere and he waited for us to leave and then went into my room and then demanded we pay him to even get back into our room at 11pm.. the pics of this room are LIES!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! He will ROB YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU WRONGED HIM!! I hope he gets shut down

First the front desk tried to make me pay an additional $55.xx after I booked the room and paid before driving 7hrs. Then the place doesn't have smoke detectors and bugs are in the bathtub, toilet and floors. The paper thin blankets also have cigarette burns. The sink also has terrible gunk around the rim. The location of the place is terrible, ppl are walking through the place asking for money.

The OYO Hotels in and around the Lake Charles area are price gouging since the Hurricanes hit. These rooms are usually $45-50 per night (it's a pretty cheap place to begin with), however since people are displaced from their homes they have raised their rates over 100%. What is even worse, they canceled my reservation for our construction crews in order to have the rooms available for a higher rate. Disgraceful!

It was ok. The sheet were stained. Got my own for that. It did not have an OYO hotel sign and someone stole my baby's chair out the back of my truck.

The people were very friendly. I couldn't figure out the tv but thankfully had my laptop for movies. Good deal.
