I went here with family members who had business to attend to. We were greeted when we entered and offered water and coffee.My family members didn't know they needed to sign in to see someone in an office (rather than a teller at the counter). We sat in the lobby for quite a while before family member asked and got on the list. Then we had to wait some more. (One lady in an office was with a member. I don't know what she was doing, but it took a long time.)Finally another lady came out of a different office and said she could help my family members. Things went pretty quick after that.I utilized their restroom. It was very clean.Workers are very nice here.

I wish, I would just stick to what I know. DON'T USE LOCAL BANKS !!!!!!! small credit unions do not know how to properly conduct business. I was charged two return check fees , and I had the money in my account both times !!!!!!!!!! No one answered customer service and the bank alone does not know why. The said we will refund when corporate says we can. Needless to say no returned call from corporate. Wish I could rate 0 Stars !!!!!!

Worst bank I've ever been withThey screwed up my credit score so bad i set up automatic payments on truck and credit card loans it came out the first month and the other 3 months were all late because they decided to change the account number it was automatically pulling from and its all on phone calls them stating that it's coming out of the right account now today they're saying a totally different number and they said they can't call credit buro to fix their mistake my score dropped 193 points

Horrible horrible horrible if you like being aggravated go to this Credit Union. Customer service is unqualified, Nobody Does the same thing or tells you the same thing. So it's very aggravating and costly. Don't be aggravated go somewhere else .

This is the bank I had with my old car, and I decided to seek them out again for my new one! They not only offer this amazing feature called Skip A Pay that will allow you to skip us to 2 or 3 payments without any penalties. Those came in handy during the pandemic, but the part I was impressed with is that when we were hit by the hurricane and I had no more Skip Payment options, I asked them if there was any other options that would not affect my credit. Pelican credit Union is the best. Customer service is always top notch. the ladies at the local branch are always ready and willing to help. I recommend everybody coming to Pelican mostly for second chance banking.

This branch is wonderful! Every time I go in I'm greeted with a smile! Megan Goodly recently helped me finance my first car and the experience couldn't have been easier. She walked me through every step of the way and communicated openly and thoroughly so there was no confusion. If you're looking for a credit union that makes you feel like you're a priority...look no further. I am proud to be a Pelican!

Worse bank I've been with. Especially this branch. After submitted my full loan payment they kept charging me interest even though I talked to them on the phone and pay off the loan or so I thought. They also charged me $10 fee for making a $10.12 payment that took 3 mins. Do not recommend. Their rewards on credit cards is really disappointing too. Their customer service is useless if you can get to contact them with their special hours.

Friendly and helpful tellers...Shawn and Misti are the absolute best. Ifind them always helpful with a warm smile. Today was customer appreciation day with Jo's party house cupcakes muffins and sweet tea. Talk about icing on the cake.
