“I would like to give a special shout out to Lenore. She has the patience of a Saint! Although I saw plenty of people cranky, she effortlessly assisted everyone and completed the work quickly, she treated everyone nicely, even those presenting as a hot temper, she was patient and super-efficient.
I had a complication of multiple packages we needed to repack and was stuck communicating via text to get her all the details, she waited patiently and continued to service people in between, saving me and kept your company moving right along, I was so appreciative of her help, as this was my first experience in my predicament. She saved me from what was a long day for me already.
Maybe, many do not leave reviews, I wouldn't miss a beat in yelling you, she assisted the store nonstop and juggled all morning.
