5 stars isn’t enough for Kim! I’ve booked facials and lash services monthly with her for over a year now. I leave every appointment glowing and so relaxed—let’s be honest—I usually fall asleep right on her table after we spend a few minutes catching up! She is excellent at creating a comfortable and serene atmosphere, very knowledgeable about the Hydropeptide product line, and just a friendly person to be around! She’s earned ALL the stars!

Tiffanie colored my hair and Madelaine cut my hair and the two of them did an amazing job!! They helped to remind me how important self care is! & that even though I’m over worked and under paid - I don’t need to look it. 😂🩷 seriously though, they both were amazing!

Tiffanie was AMAZING! This was my first time going to the Ritz. Me and my daughters were in town visiting and I decided we should get our haircuts while we were in town since we love Aveda salons. My girls had Jayden and Madelaine as their stylists. We all left extremely happy with our cuts and all around service. This is the best salon experience we’ve had so far. We’ll definitely be back!

I'm going gray, but I don't have the patience to get my hair done monthly to keep up hiding it. As a result, I decided to keep it but add highlights to help it blend better. I saw Madelaine and she did a phenomenal job, not only with the highlights but with the cut. I'll definitely be back to see her.

Amazing experience! Gana did my hair and she was great, highly recommend! She was very informative, she told me her concerns and advice, and she managed to give me exactly what I asked for. It was a very relaxing experience and Gana made me very comfortable throughout the whole process. All in all, I’m so happy with my color today and will be back!

I used the online booking option for a very last minute decision to get my hair cut, and Jayden had availability for me! Thank God she did, I felt very comfortable with her and she was helpful with me trying to figure out what direction I wanted to go since it has been a couple years since I've come to a salon. I absolutely LOVE my hair now! Next time I come back, I'm asking for her. Very patient, quick, and fun to chat with 😊 Good job Jayden, I love my hair again!
