Everyone was courteous!! The front staff were very helpful and Savannah took time to set us up with a new credit card application for the work we had done on the 2013 Avalanche. She was very helpful. Anthony quoted a price for the work and that is exactly what we paid. His price was tax included which is what I prefer.
Shane was very helpful also at the computer. Mechanic performed his work diligently and did a good job. No scratches on the paint job either.!!!!
I had the tires rotated and balanced. No charge. They stood behind their promise when you buy tires from them. They were able to get right on it so I didn’t have to wait very long. Very cordial folks. I like doing business here.

I was disappointed with the 2 1/2 hour wait time for four tires, but the salesman were professional, and helpful. The person mounting my tires, not so much. Teamwork makes a great difference, I didn’t see much of that. Way too much overhead..
