every time i go to this Shell station the attendants NEVER honor using the Fuel Reward...then they act like they dont understand what Ive said to the point that I have to send my husband inside to actually use it...This is my least favorite Shell in Lake Charles...I wish there was a way to report them about this..and if they are no longer a participant of this program then they shoud just say that and take down all the signs at the station advertising they use the FUEL Reward program this is false advertisment

Prices are now on par with other name brand gas stations. As is typical with most, no paper in the receipt feeder. I've never noticed it being so busy that they couldn't tend to this issue.
