“Just got out of UPS Store #5128 at 630 W Prien Lake Rd. Suite B, Lake Charles. The store was very clean and very busy, it was 12:05 pm. Miss Callie was super nice and very helpful noticing that I was unloading a very large and heavy box from my truck. I already had it on a dolly and I honestly think she would have loaded it with me if I was struggling. She was very pleasant, held the door for me and directed me to her station. She finished taping my box and putting the Return label on for me. Then she rolled the carton to the back and another UPS member helped Callie remove the box and then returned my dolly to me. Truly world class customer service. I highly recommend stopping by and using this location. Thank you sooo much!!!”
