Radona Brown Mgr 1039 was the most helpful and polite young ladies I've had the pleasure to meeet. I came there looking for shoes to match a hat. She is very knowledgeable and gave me the perfect match. Thank goodness for het.

Tried to bring my son shoe shopping on a Friday and the store was supposed to be open at 10 a.m. But it was closed and there was no one I could see in the store. A sign with the correct times would be nice to see on the outside of the store or a note. Ended up going to the one in Sulphur instead. This is why I don't like the mall anymore because you never know when or if anything is open anymore.

Great shopping experience! One associate offered to measure my granddaughters foot and helped me decide which shoes to get. Another associate was super friendly when she rang me up. Very pleasant experience.Keep up the good work!

Will not be going back. An employee stood in my way and wouldn’t move when I was looking at the shoes. I do not recommend this store!!! Rude employees! I don’t know what her problem was. I couldn’t tell if she was hiding from work or watching me and my kids because she thought I was a thief. I have the slightest idea. Very uncomfortable environment and the employees are not friendly. They need to be retrained.

I shopped in store today and found some really great deals on a pair of shoes for my granddaughter and also for my neice. They have such a large selection of shoes for the entire family and very often have great sales. The staff was friendly & professional and was eager to offer help to the customers.
