When I manage to get a haircut there and can use my debit card, everything's ok. Now, I don't know if all the stores are in a Wal-Mart complex, but that is relevant to my story (of more, later). This store often doesn't open when they're supposed to and, for the second time of my going there, their computer was down and were taking only cash. This is VERY inconvenient when I need no less than $30 and no more than $35, but if you want money back in Wal-Mart it has to be 20, 40, etc. dollars. 20 is too little; 40 is too much for a haircut. And the ATM in Wal-Mart has fees. I left for the other Wal-Mart and when I got there, it was closed WAY after official opening time.

This stuff is very friendly very welcomeing they work together to accomplish what needs to be done for their patrons I enjoyed it it's the only place I'll go to get my hair done

I made an appointment days in advance and they didn’t put it in the computer strike one. Strike two was that I waited at least 30 minutes after being told it would be 5 for the appointment which they randomly remembered ? I showed a picture to the stylist and she said she could do it no problem. It was a simple beach wave style with a few twisted ponytails. She sprayed so much hairspray my hair can stand up straight, she teased every last hair on my head and then proceeded to knot my hair into ponytails. Thankfully I was able to find someone to help cut out the rubber bands and fix it before my engagement pictures. Overall I sat in her chair for an hour and half and wasted $60.Service: Hairstyling

Price gouging #Beware Requested a silk press for one head of hair on a minor with normal length hair just past shoulder. The stylist did not explain charges during the process. Visit at your own risk! Prepare to pay double originally quoted price.

I go to this location regularly....The barber Spencer is super cool... He is a perfectionist and does exactly what I want...my edge always on point.... My husband always says he does a great job when I get a cut. He is neat. and also clean .....I don't let anyone else in my head .....The environment is friendly and clean....Deidra and Kelly is are super sweet...

I went to get my ends cut and she re-washed and used a blow dryer for my hair. She also bumped it with the flat iron. I didn't even pay attention to my receipt because I knew it couldn't be that much for what I got. That girl charged me $81.97 and I gave her a $5.00 tip. I wanted to go back after realizing the charge, but I am not the one to cause a scene. I know goodness well this was a rip off. She got that commission.Services: Hairstyling

I called twice to make sure I could go in and the guy on the phone sounded rude. Then I went in 40 minutes before closing for a TRIM and he said he couldn’t do it because they closed at 7. I said I know because I called (I wasn’t being rude at all) and he caught an attitude with me.Don’t go here if you’re white.I was only here for 5 minutes and experienced the worst customer service of my life.

I couldn't fine an appointment anywhere ASAP, and I'm super happy I found this place!Can't believe it inside Walmart lol.Cash washed my hair (twice) put hair deep conditioner mask, then cut my hair and dry it after with amazing style.She was patient with all my questions and super professional.My new favorite spot in Lake charles.Services: Haircut

Roxie is a ROCK STAR!!! Soo warm & welcoming on the phone. I told her I was visiting from out of town & i had called about 8 salons nobody was answering. By the time I spoke to The Other location on Nelson Rd. They told me they couldn't help me. I was Persistent & called the other location bk & said Surely you can recommend Someone to do my hair today. That's when they advised me to contact Hgy 14 Location. I'm so glad I was led to Roxie. Exemplary Customer service! Was gentle & gv me the Best Shampoo Ever!!! Thx to the Other location for NOT being available! Nxt time im in town & need my hair done, I know Which location to Call!

When I made an appointment online and went the next day they couldn't even find my appointment in they system , I was very heated and I needed my hair done for work the same day in a couple hours.
