We've been having issues with our phone system and the company we were using never could straighten it out. I gave Southwest Communications a call and they responded quickly and came out to assess the problem. Long story short, we have a new system in place and haven't had any issues. Michael was thorough and pleasant to work with.
Since they were here, I asked him to take a look at our internet also since it was running kind of slow. It was really outdated, so I asked for a quote to get it up to speed. No pun intended! He gave us a quote and within a few days he came out to install it. We are now equipped with next generation Wi-Fi 7!
