Laurie Byrd made my stay unforgettable so far. She has gone above and beyond with all my requests and deserves an award. She has not only been extremely helpful but also unbelievable friendly and welcoming, so could not recommend staying at Staybridge more than when Laurie is around! Thank you for everything Laurie!

We arrived with the intention of spending 7 days at this hotel at 11:00 p.m. at night , my husband had to be at work the next morning. When we arrived there was a man at the front desk for about 5 hrs trying to gain access to his room with no luck . We checked into our room and the door card would not work , the night shift had to use a key to unlock our door and we had to leave it blocked open to get in and out . We started to leave at that point but it was late . Once we gained access to the room the furniture was coming apart , the couch cushions were turned side ways , the room stink of stale cigarettes, there was someone else food still left in the microwave and , there was a stain that was questionable on the bed cover , and when I reached for a glass in the cabinet it was nasty too.. needless to say we stayed long enough to get a room somewhere else..the man who was having problems getting into his room never got in that night to retrieve his things had to go to walmart at midnight and buy clothes to be able to take a shower and go back to work the next morning ...All I can say at this point is the person responsible for cleaning this room should be fired and if you are thinking about staying here on you next trip ...DON'T 🤔

This hotel is a real gem, seriously. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, which is always a plus. The whole place had a relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway. We'd definitely come back again.

Stayed for one night after a long, hot day at the baseball field. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and felt welcomed. Everyone was friendly and offered great customer service. Our check-in process was quick and informative. The room was cool and ready for us to relax. We enjoyed the pool while there. I appreciated the staff coming out to offer towels. I enjoyed the breakfast! There were multiple options, hot and stocked. Everything tasted great. I would defently recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

We had a great experience at SB Lake Charles this weekend. Thanks to Ms Rhonda for setting us up. Kitchenette had a frig with an ice maker, you don't often see this. I love rocking so I was totally happy to see the desk chair rocked! LOL Loved it!. Holiday weekend but still was not expensive. All in all had a great stay! Recommended.

Handicap suite. Beds were great but furniture is not kind to older bones. Evening light dinner and morning breakfast good. Coffee was excellent.

I want to start off by saying that Ms. Laurie and all of the staff that I encountered were just the best. So polite, fun, easy to talk to, helpful, you name it - they had every positive attribute. I wish the hotel itself could have matched their vibe. We rented a one bedroom suite with two double beds in the bedroom. The entire suite was much smaller than we expected after staying in a different Staybridge Suites in Arizona that was quite large. This hotel sees a lot of guests rolling in and out. You could tell by how dated everything felt. For the amount I paid for two nights, I would never be able to justify staying here again. It was way too expensive for what you get. Also, beware of the baseball teams. There were kids at the elevators, on our floor, running around, at breakfast, etc. almost every place in the hotel, totally unattended by an adult. The pool was unusable during our whole entire stay because of the baseball teams. When I went to check the pool to see if we could swim around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, I couldn't believe how many people were out there. There was probably at least 30 people in and around the pool. One of the few positives - aside from the amazing staff - was the proximity to the large casinos. It was a short 6 minute drive and took you the back way, which was really convenient. Also, pretty close to downtown. We also got to the breakfast buffet around 9:30. It didn't close down until 10:30. There was almost nothing left - no milk, no bowls, no bacon, no sausage. It was completely ransacked and picked over and wasn't getting replenished. And the whole entire baseball team and accompanying families were all down there. It was a terrible experience.

Lovedd staying here staff was very friendly , during my stay a very nice girl cleaned my room alaynaa (sorry if i spelled name wrong) i loved her she cleans quickly but makes sure everything is correct I personally recommend booking here
