Very, VERY affordable and competitive when compared to other storage areas in Lake Charles. They offer month to month contracts that I find are more suitable for someone on a budget (like me).

I'm posting a review for 3 separate storage rooms for 3 separate people. All rooms had rats, rat p*** and some items chewed up. The second problem was mold EVERYWHERE. I'm giving a one star because they would not take responsibility for their so called climate controlled crap. It's also not a vary secure place. It had been broken into before. I would not recommend this place.
