Yuni was awesome and got me set up with the perfect unit for my storage needs. All units are located inside a climate controlled warehouse area, providing elevators and tow carts to create a comfortable atmosphere with better ease of access for storing your items. The restrooms were even impeccable.

I just wanted to say that I'm very pleased that I chose Strong point self storage ,It's very clean and the climate control is just awesome. The Manager Mrs. Christine was the Best, she took the time to show me the units, and showed me exactly how to get to my unit and where the restrooms where at. And the prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks Mrs. Christine.George Haines.

This particular storage facility is the best and clearest I have experienced. The bill is not to bad. Also they will understand about being a couple of days late without a late charge. Kristine is one of the most kindest and more than willing to help me to navigate through the maze of the building. Lol.I also love the convenience of anytime I need to get in. One time I lost my code another nice lady gave me a duplicate code without any questions. She and Kristine were so patient with me trying to find my storage room. It was kind of funny getting lost but eventually I found my way. Also they showed me the particular door I needed to go to so I could get to it easier than walking so much. I would recommend this one more than any other storage facilitys

Got set up with our very first unit today! I had made a reservation online and received a call from Christine to confirm that I would be stopping by that afternoon. She was out for emergency when we arrived, but helpfully informed us through a call to the posted phone number that someone would be there in about 30 min. We returned after checking out two other places in that time span and were greeted at the front desk where the new employee quickly pulled up my information and assisted us with the rental process.The person who showed us the unit and helped us get started, Yuni, was upbeat and seemed to care genuinely for our questions and needs. She was extremely thorough in directing us to entrances/exits, showing us resources, and informing us of our fees and ways to make payments. She also walked us to the security pad to confirm that our number had been registered and that we could get into the building before leaving.Evaluation of the property: The unit was correctly sized, with a sturdy roll up door, tho you do need to purchase or provide your lock. The office and building in general were very clean with accessible bathrooms in the storage area. Price is fair competitively around town, no surprises upfront and overall highly satisfactory.
