The owner ma’am and one of the senior associate are very kind & professional. They treated me with utmost respect and provided their service whole heartedly. They showed angel qualities.. My regards to you.. try to keep up with the same kindness& professionalism to each and every person who comes to you . Please make sure about reasonable price. For me it was reasonable. When I visited this branch they needed more professionals to work. Thank you.

Kim was my stylist today. She was fantastic. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hairstyle, and the warm towel and shampoo was what I needed today. And took great care to remove my beard and make my Gotee straight, even and trimmed perfectly. It looks awesome. Good job!
Plus she was personable and I enjoyed the conversation while she worked. 5 stars! I'll definitely be back.

The worse place to cut your hair the lady that cut my hair dont even know to hold a scissors. Right now am bald because the cut she give was terrible . I dont recommend here to anyone not even my worse enemy.i only put a star just to post my comment.

I have had my haircut a few times there. Each time I have been treated rather rudely. This time was the last time. You are required to put your full name and phone number on a sign up sheet which is on the front counter for anyone to see. I hesitated doing this (I'll explain in a minute) so I wrote my first name and scribbled my phone number. I was asked across the room what my last name was. I really didn't think that you should have to announce to a group of strangers who you are just to get a haircut. I asked why this information was needed. I was told it was for the store to keep track of who came in, who cut their hair, etc. She said that they do not sell the information. There was nothing is writing to back up her claim that the info was not sold and that may be the policy today but tomorrow may be different. The information was all for the convenience of the business. There was no consideration that you were having to disclose personal information for anyone to see. I'm sure that most people going to get their haircut are decent people who are not going to take advantage of such information, but there is still a possibility and no customer should have to disclose that info just to get service. I am particularly worried about young people especially young women who have theoretically now given their name and contact info to anyone who comes into the store. Or supposing that someone has been assaulted in the past and because of a negative experience in the past prefer not to disclose his/er name? This woman had no other concern than what was best for the business and no concern for the customer. I can't tell you who she was other than to think she was the manager because she did not have a name tag and her phone number was not available.
