The in store workers are too worried about making commission they will sell you false information about your phone and your plan but your bill tells you the complete opposite. Even their customer service representatives have attitudes over the phone!! This company needs to go in the toilet.

I got the home internet in October. The customer service was great! Even when you call the main number for technical problems, they always answer quickly!Update: I really like T-mobile!! The 5G home internet was great the first few months. I almost decided to switch to their mobile service too. I am glad I didn’t…because all of the sudden the home internet stopped working. There are a few local internet companies in Leesvile that aren’t 5G, but they have great networks.It would have been nice if T-mobile can send out a text message or email about their service not working. No internet 24 hours and counting. Called customer service, & they had no idea when it will be back on.

The worst tmobile store I have gone. The representative told us to change to another plan that will increase our bill for only $9 and now our bill increased for $47 a month. After we called Tmobile they said it was $9 up for each line and we have 5 lines. We changed and we're supposed to get 800 for a phone . Now if we have to change to the old plan they will give us only 350 for the phone that we turned in. Awful service, and awful customer service. I just hope the owner of the store gets aware of it so it does not happen to more people.

We recently switched to T-Mobile from ATT the rep worked with us for a couple of hours to switch over he told us we could get $800 to pay off our ATT phone plus a $250 visa card per line so we were eager to switch over. We paid $900 to pay off my phone then He did everything else, he got the promotion submitted for us, walked us through everything for the account setup and unlocking my phone and we were very impressed. But fast forward 3 weeks and we still haven't received the $800 so I decided to call T-Mobile and check the status. Turns out he never submitted anything and the $250 visa was a straight up lie. If I wouldn't have called T-Mobile I would have been out the $800 because it expires within 30 days of transfer. Guess he just said whatever he could to get us to switch

I came in to see why my SIM card wasn’t working the store was busy and it went from 3 women on the floor to just 2. I feel it’s sad to leave your coworkers to do whatever with a full store

I came here not knowing what to expect after I had a poor experience with another t-mobile store. I was greeted and assisted promptly. Melanie took care of me. May I just say, she is AMAZING!!! She is the definition of what a phone service sales woman should be. She had great customer service, multitasking, very knowledgeable, just all around so great. I am so glad she made sure I had a positive experience. Give that girl a raise!!!

We went into the store to see if we could add someone to my plan. The lady was super rude, not personal at all. Didn’t help us at all, gave us no information what so ever so we left and went to a different T-mobile store. Highly recommend staying away from this store especially if it is the young black lady working. Super rude!
