They took our order over the phone for same day delivery and got the flower spray to the funeral home within a couple of hours. Very happy.

They just up and cancelled my order, and also one from my brother, at 3:15pm; too late to get anything out in time. Should have checked yelp reviews. Pretty clear what we should expect.

Seeing how I never got my Valentine's Day flower's and candy that my boyfriend ordered, I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star. When he tried calling over and over and no one even bothers to answer the phone. After reading the reviews, this is apparently something they do often. They probably made a ton of money yesterday by taking peoples money and not delivering. Horrible way to do service.

I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. After not receiving flowers by 3:30 i called to check. I placed my order two weeks in advance and and when i called at 3:30 they didn't even have the arrangement made! I was told they would make the arrangement and have it delivered by 5. My wife didn't get flowers because never got delivered. No phone call, no apology. I will never order from here again.

I just ordered some flowers and had them delivered today. WOW!! they was so beautiful they have by business again. They was very professional. I couldn't have ask for anything better. I strongly recommend this place. They done a better job than any other place I ever ordered from and I paid more to them other places. They put the work in it cause it showed. I love that about a place. That says they care. So thank yall frfr...

I just received flowers a little over an hour ago and truly disappointed. The old broken flowers and broken foliage were stuffed strait in the vase, not really arranged at all. This may have been from a spill accident or something, in delivery, but should not have been delivered like this. Especially for what is people pay to send flowers these days....☹️

Highly recommend, Been using this store for about a year now every other week I get my wife flowers to keep her on her toes. Every time I walk into this store I’m greeted with smiles and laughter. There quick to help me. And make sure what I pick out of there already assorted flower is all fresh before I leave. If there’s something old it it they replace it right then and there for me. Best place I’ve ever been for flowers.

Horrible experience. I hate to even leave this review but this customer service cost me a lot of time and money. Initially I thought this would be great- I spoke with a lady who seemed nice over the phone. I sent her pictures via texts of the arrangement I wanted. I told the lady I would be out of town, so I would be unable to come in to look at the arrangement & asked if she could text me pics instead. She agreed. $100 was taken out of my account (which I paid over the phone) and I never heard from them again. Called & texted several times over the weekend with no response. Needed the arrangement on Sunday… By the time Saturday evening came around, I still hadn’t heard anything. I honestly thought I had been scammed. I spent Saturday evening in a rush to find florals and a pot to make my own arrangement (this was supposed to be a large arrangement around 2.5 ft tall x 3 ft wide). I called again on Monday afternoon to get my refund for the arrangement that I never received on Sunday & all the lady would say is that she doesn’t deal with these things over the weekend. (Even though the arrangement was to be picked up on a Sunday & it shows me “read” receipts on the messages i sent her Saturday morning). She also said I never went to look at the arrangement, knowing i told her i was out of town & asked her to send me pics of the arrangement instead. I have proof in txts on Wednesday that it was definitely discussed that she would be sending pics. And I never received pics. She also said I never come in physically & paid the other portion to her for the arrangement size being so large… Again, knowing I was out of town & had paid the first half over the phone & discussed paying the rest over the phone. I even asked if she needed my card info again so I could pay the rest of the amount & she said she wanted to send me pics of the arrangement & then I could pay the rest. Also, between all my calls and texts that she never responded to over the weekend, she accidentally called my phone on Saturday, then hung up. Not one single text response back saying they were either cancelling OR working on my arrangement. I never received this arrangement and when I confronted her, she lied and blamed me for me never receiving the arrangement.

The Mothers Day arrangement that you delivered from my Kids who are living in GA was absolutely GORGEOUS! The arrangement was full and beautiful from every angle. No scrimping anywhere! The vase was also very nice-I am totally impressed and will order from you in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have ordered flowers for Valentine’s twice now over the past few years (~$140 EACH), and neither time they even attempted to be delivered. I understand that mistakes can happen, and after the first order wasn’t delivered I refrained from posting a review. However after giving them another chance, I can say that this is the single worst experience in ordering flowers I have ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional.Absolutely no communication from the store or staff, and I have made 10 phone calls to the business that have gone unanswered. I live out of state and have to resort to issuing a charge back on my credit card due to this business refusing to communicate or refund my order. Absolutely avoid at all costs unless you enjoy having your money scammed.

Totally disappointed in The Flower Shop. Husband ordered a plant to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It was not. No contact was made with him to inform him the order would not be fulfilled and delivered on the day scheduled for. On 02/15, he attempted to call The Flower Shop several times, but phone was not being answered. An email was sent, no response. He went to The Flower Shop and although people were in there, the door was locked. They eventually let him. When he explained why he was there, the response given was "that all of the deliveries could not be made because there were too many". She assured him the plant would be delivered today, the day AFTER Valentine's Day, and it was within an hour of him leaving there. No remorse was shown, no offer to waive the delivery fee, no offer for a discount, nothing. He did not present any of these options, but as a local business owner, it appears that some type of restitution could have been offered. On a day that is surrounded by flowers/plants, etc., very disheartening to know that although orders could not be fulfilled, they continued to take them, knowing they would not be delivered in time. Do not recommend The Flower Shop to anyone that wants something delivered in a timely manner, Valentine's Day or not. Additionally, the lack of communication was pathetic. Wil not be using them again. The one star given was because the plant was pretty.

Thank you so much for making a sorrowful event better. You were so accommodating and went out of your way to create my idea. It is exceptional that you offered to find the Mickey Mouse ballon’s to attach to the plant during a sad celebration of life for a young boy with such a short existence. I will recommend you when I have the opportunity. Again. Thank you sincerely.

I'm a first time customer. Called from Texas for roses to be delivered. I didn't have all the info for delivery but the lady on the other end did the leg work for me and got roses delivered on very short notice. My lady friend said they were absolutely the most beautiful roses. I will use them again. Thank you Flower Shop Girl!
