They over charged us by over $400. And when asked if they could explain why, they blamed it on the customer service. Never again!!!!!!!!

U-Haul stole my money. I ordered a hitch online, then went to the store to pick it up. They didn't have the hitch and wouldn't give me a refund because it was bought online. Called corporate to get a refund, they said the store had to provide the refund. The store said corporate had to provide the refund. Neither of them would take responsibility. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, who did an investigation and got my money back. Will NEVER use their services or products again. Go to Penske, Budget, or Enterprise for a truck or go online for a hitch. U-Haul will steal your money and your time.

Storage is unsatisfactory (plywood cut outs w/locks), was wrongfully charged a fee and gas when truck was over gased and the charge to my card on 9/10/21 has still not been refunded to my bank account as of 9/26/21.??????

I reserved a storage unit in Lake Charles via phone upon arriving at the location I was told the only units available were in Lafayette.Later i decided to reserve a Ubox the delivery was never made ...two weeks later i received a call about my reservation .. Smh ..lol really .. ?

I made an appointment to have a hitch installed. They did install my hitch in a timely matter. My problem (probably not these folks fault) the hitch that was represented on line was not the one they installed on my vehicle.As a retired service mngr I like to see things done correctly, I voiced my concerns but was basically told that's the installation. I know better, I left and finished the installation properly.

I rented from this place twice and both occasions the costumer service was, lazy to say the least. The lights did not on my reserved trailer, half the lights did not work on the backup trailer, and the Manager or Supervisor named "Guy" was short with words and seemed stuck up. I've seen this before in the military, it's like the power or authority went to his head.
