I saw from Amazon usps wouldn't have delivered my package in time from post office to my house.I went up there asking the lady behind the counter if she could help me please.i start a class at 530pm tonight and I need the supplies I ordered.she said she would call me if they have the package and she did.Im sooooo grateful to all persons responsible for me getting my package this morning. Each person, I Thank you. God Bless You.I'm praying you have a wonderful blessed week.

By far the worst shipping place iv’e ever stepped foot in. Workers seem like they hate their lives. Ill leave my packages for the carrier pigeons outside.

Absolutely the worse post office in the nation. I've seen lemonade stands run by 3 year olds have better everything. Disgraceful.

Worst post office ! They never answer ! Was told my mail will be held due to mail box not being up to their standards ! I got it fix and they still hold my packages. They have been having problems for years now wouldn’t you think it’s time to upgrade customer service.So annoying

Terrible terrible terrible, we had a hold on our mail and they decided to deliver a priority mail package during the hold and it was stolen. Absolute incompetent service. Do not use if you need to ship to Moss Bluff!

I have been at the address in Moss Bluff for a year. Nothing but problems since day one. I have filed complaints and always get the same reason for the problem. "Your regular carrier is out and someone will be there tomorrow. " Still happening a year later and have birthday cards in mail for grandchildren. The management at this Moss Bluff office must be the "good buddy system" with employees rather than proper management. I have had a card in the mail with the flag UP, going on the 3rd day!

Well I paid for overnight which I knew was going to take 2 days well here we are on day 6 and my package is still sitting in baton rouge instead of at my house in Wisconsin what did I pay $30 for this is ridiculous and I want a complete refund and I'm filing a claim

Never really had a problem with the ones at the store I mean I've seen them be rude just not to me and I know their drivers all drive like straight up a holes.

I tried to mail wedding invitations they returned them back to me (bc I did something wrong which is not their fault) they rubberbanded the invitations in stacks and bent a bunch of them. Many of them have creases from the rubber bands that we can't get out. They taped the Return to Sender notice to the envelops over the addresses so we had to very carefully try to peel off the notices, some of the addresses and envelopes themselves messed up because of the tape. These are invitations we spent hours on that they messed up. They also mixed up some other people's mail into the stacks of invitations somehow??!

I order over $200 worth of clothing online and the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. I spoke to someone in the office ans they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. They were supposed to pick my package up and delivery it to me. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my package. I keep calling and they keep hanging up on me.
