It was a great day overall. I would definitely do this again. I would visit Castaways again any other time and I would recommend that if you are considering going there that you should too! “Nice place. Used to go here back when it was a bar/restaurant many years ago (25 years ago) I loved it then... This place is totally haunted... have had way too many experiences happen here that left my hair standing on ends.”
“Had our work Christmas Party here last week. I normally hate Christmas parties, but not this time.
The Laser Tag is the standout activity here by far, along with the staff and owner. They were super friendly, engaged, and helpful.
I can’t stop thinking about how fun it was.. I’m an avid golfer.. that’s all I really think about.. but I’m telling you I had more fun playing laser tag as a grown ass adult than I do at golf. It’s also an intense workout because the rifles are legit, weighted, with slings. The arena is perfect sized, with an upstairs and downstairs. We played for 2 hours (14,000 steps), and were absolutely tuckered. It’s a workout if you want it to be. There’s also a nice observation deck of the arena from the bar on the second floor.
I am planning on bringing all my friends when they visit.. never thought that would be on agenda.
The pickleball courts could use a little work, the axe throwing was perfect.”

“Pretty good theater, nice seats. The sound is crazy loud and I'm half deaf but all theaters are the same. They're loud as hell. It's just a thing. The price of stuff was not crazy And it can be at some theaters. It was an enjoyable time. I would go again and recommend you go down there and watch a show.”
“The food and service is good. If you want your popcorn & drink right away, don't order off the app as you will have to wait for it to be brought to your seat.”

“We stopped after a 13 hr drive. The staff was nice and welcoming. The downstairs was fine and quiet. Our room was definitely moldy. It had a very strange small. It looked clean but there was certainly trapped moisture. The shower was old as hell. Hot running water and clean towels. The bed was comfortable and clean. My only problem with the room was the shower and the moist smell in the room.”
