“It has taken me a little bit longer to write this overdue review because I was grieving the loss of my Ginger. Lake Area Animal Hospital was a blessing to me as to why my cat was so sick. I had taken her to a few other vet clinics with no actual answers but added medications. I just wanted answers to what was wrong with her. Even though the drive was over an hour from my home I didn't mind. From the moment I called to get Ginger in, until I left with my heart broken I had the best experience here. My heart broken because the news of my cat not being able to survive was devastating. But finally, I received answers. A few days later I received a card from this hospital with uplifting words from everyone. I cried and so full of emotions but thought this was such a caring thing to do. “My dog had sudden labored breathing, wasn’t moving much nor standing up at all she looked very distressed. There is no emergency vet in my area in southeast Tx so we drove here and they took her in immediately and tended to her. She stayed over night and by the next morning when I picked her up she was walking again! Staff was very friendly and compassionate!”

I called gill bright and the vet tech listened to my concerns, set me up an account and got me an appointment made. Dr Thibodeaux was so sweet and you can tell that him and his staff are so passionate about helping animals! My cat is doing amazing now thanks to them!”
