“They did 3 of our animals surgeries for us in one week. They’re fast and friendly. Two of our animals got returned with fresh urine on them. They didn’t washed them up at all before giving them to us. One of them being a cat, whose urine is quite pungent. Not only did it stink it seems a little unhygienic after having a new surgery. Also, the price of the little cardboard cat carriers is quite overpriced to me for a “fancy” box.”

“Pet Emergency was a life savior for my mom and her fur baby Sandi. She had gotten into something that she shouldn't have and mom was stressing (she's 85) and it was 10 at night. The staff and Dr there were so compassionate with Sandi and my mom. They took care of the situation and actually calmed my mom and made her feel good. Thank yaw so much with the great care of Sandi and my mom.”

“I can't say enough good things about Lake Area Animal Hospital. Zeke has been going there for all of his eight years of life and will hopefully go for another eight years. We didn't know if we would stay when Dr. Stark retired, but stuck it out and we're glad we did. Not only are Dr. Houston and Dr. Briscoe caring and compassionate to our dog and us, but all of the girls working there are awesome to Zeke. They all know him by name. He was recently really sick and we thought he was going to have to be put him down. Not only did the doctors not give up on Zeke, I think it was just a big challenge to get him healthy. They have diagnosed him with Addison's Disease and he is now way better. He's energetic and has gained the two pounds he had lost. My wife and I are truly grateful to them for their hard work, because now we can hopefully enjoy Zeke for several more years.”

“I adopted my doggie daughter Willow from Lake Area Animal Hospital back in June 2015 and she is thriving up in Brooklyn where we live now. Have the utmost respect and admiration for this practice. The Doctor saved dogs from kill shelters in the area and volunteers had them out for a waking program every Saturday in front of Pet Smart or Petco in LC. Needless to say was just passing by and was lured over to let my daughter walk a couple dogs. We met Willow at 6mos and she had been at the hospital for 3mos with no adoption. We fell in love Best takeaway from living in LC for a spell was due to the efforts of this wonderful animal practice. They take such good care of their animals. Willow sends her love from ?”
