“I brought my snake in that recently stopped eating. Dr. Mocklin was so informative and helpful. I would most definitely recommend her for your exotic animal. I'm very appreciative and left with a lot more knowledge than I went in with! Peace of mind as well!”

“The doctors are the best and the staff is a 10 out of 10. Murphy appreciated them and how they immediately knew something was different and he wasn't his usual bouncy self. They are some of my favorite people and I have an incredible amount of respect for them and the work they do.”
“I love this place. My dog has been at Downtown Animal Hospital since I got him almost 7 yrs ago. We moved went to another Vet and I hate it. We had to come back home.”
“Today was our first visit to Bieber Animal Hospital, and I can honestly say we have found Drake’s new veterinary home.
From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. The veterinarian took the time to listen, answer all of our questions, and explain everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed, and it was obvious that everyone truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about the animals they treat.
One thing that stood out to me the most was how comfortable Drake was. I truly believe our pets can sense good people, and he was calm and at ease throughout our visit.
We walked in feeling worried and left with peace of mind, and that is something you simply can’t put a price on. Thank you to everyone at Bieber Animal Hospital for treating our sweet boy like family. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Bieber Animal Hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptional veterinary care.”
“Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, exceptional after care instruction and guidance. Prompt followup. Service and price are definitely worthwhile.”

“I followed Dr. Turner from a previous vet office because she is THAT good. Not only is she compassionate and caring, she goes above and beyond to make sure you can afford the services if you express that the cost is a concern. While at NVC, she performed not one but two abortive spays on two cats that I own. Not our favorite but a male cat got to my girls before I could get them fixed. She got me in, she did the spays and updated me on how the girls were when I arrived back to the office. My cats are outdoor cats and one of them looked a little red around the incision and we came back and got some medicine and she healed perfectly! Dr. Turner will forever have the business of all my pets, present and future. Thank you NVC and thank you Dr. Turner!”
“Took our puppy to be spayed and they were great with her they answered all my questions and got my other dog set up for his appointment if needed and the staff was friendly and kind”

“I have come to this clinic twice now for two of my cats. We saw Duane Watkins both times, he was very gentle and patient with both of my cats. He took the few extra minutes to pet them and allow them to sniff him before starting the exams. His analysis and recommendations were very thorough and holistic where they could be. The techs as well only used as much force and hold as necessary to help complete the exam.
One of my cats was a stray who was found and adopted at 3 years old. She hates being held and even more so being in the cat carrier. I was very impressed that they were able to weigh her, exam her, transition her in and out of the carrier and complete x rays without sedating her or anyone getting scratched or bitten.”

“Took our dog Sam in Sunday was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait. We waited and expected to be rushed through because of the amount of people there and an emergency surgery that was happening. We were happily surprised with the amount of care and attention given not only to our sweet Sam but to our concerns. Dr Katie H and her assistant Briley went above and beyond for us. We had gone to another Vet in Lake Charles Saturday afternoon expecting it to be cheaper than the ER it was not and we were rushed through like cattle, I guess that's what happens when they go corporate. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great ppl who truly care about you and your pet!”
