A man was telling the pharmacist African lady that he will report her to board. And I’m sitting there waiting for her to give me a flu shot like an 50mins she’s on the phone so loud about her personal issue. There was another lady constantly checking her watch waiting for shots also. I saw they weren’t busy twice at least. Either she’s just too busy talking on the phone about her issue or what. I hate walgreens.

I understand that the pharmacy is busy at this location and that they have a high flux of customers, but to ignore the people that are in line for over 5 mins while there are at least 5 employees behind the counter is bad customer service. Not one employee acknowledged the old couple patiently waiting while to busy stocking prescriptions.

We went in to get a Doctor ordered shot and The pharmacy tech Ms. Nekeaa decided that she knows more than the doctor who ordered the shot. Which not to mention is no ne of her business. Very rude and unprofessional. Walgreens you gotta do better when screening your Techs.

7/15/2024 I went to pick up my prescription through Walgreens drive thru, after waiting 10+ min. in line they closed the window down when it was my turn due to their lunch time. Mind you, I was the LAST vehicle in the drive thru and it was not yet time for their lunch break. The pharmacist, KAYLA, would not give me my prescription and could not answer me as to why she was closing the window BEFORE her 1:30 break Kayla just hung up the phone receiver and walked off, guess she couldn't explain why she was making up random lunch times and violating the stores set lunch hours. I went inside the store to talk to the manager who was very nice and understood my frustrations, she pulled the camera and saw that I was refused service before the 1:30 lunch break. It would have taken Kayla one minute to give me my prescription and instead she chose to make me come back aware of my time already wasted waiting in the long line. Kayla is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills and I hope when Kayla visits stores and she is the customer, she is treated like dirt just like she treats her paying customers who provide her the job she has.

Horrible customer service and even worse management!!! Sorry i bothered u to unlock an enclosed case for perfume mr manager but i believe it's your job! Also, TAKE IT OFF THE SHELF IF U CANT SALE IT TO ME!!!

I used this pharmacy last Tuesday because it was the closest pharmacy to my residence-- I am not sure of the young lady's name that was working the pharmacy window, but I wanted to leave a review on how great her customer service was. Thank you!

Grabbed 3 12-packs of Coke Zero because the sign on the Coke display said 3/$12.99. Got to the counter, and the total was over $20. I asked if there was a problem with the price on the sale sign, which was clearly visible from the register. Cashier walked over to the sign and pulled it off the display, saying it was "expired". Put my Cokes back on the shelf and left.

Do not go here. The pharmacist thinks all people are drug addicts if they are on controlled services. She gives medicine out a day early on my last refill but this time when I really do need the medication a day early due to a requirement for court duty tomorrow morning, she refused. She said “14 day supplies are for people that are out of towners and everyone in her pharmacy knows not to give a one day grace period to these people with 14 day supply.” This is a gross mishandling of power and human health. This pharmacy is not one of the better ones. If you live in lake Charles trust me this pharmacy comes with drama and you don’t want to rely on them to handle your medicine.

It clearly says on the doors and on the website that they close at 12:00 my child Not only was running fever and sick and I needed medicine for him they closed the doors and lock to them at 11:45 and stood there staring at me while I just think that that is completely 100% wrong this is a store where you get medicine for your sick children and these people stood there and stared at me while their doors were 15 minutes early to be locked where is that okay at
