The beauty department is terrible. They never are in their department when I need them to be. I am so disappointed in how they run their business. This is atrocious.I waited 15 minutes for someone to Unlock the door for me to get some Eyelashes And no one came. Better management is needed and someone should always be in the area.

This review applies to the pickup service rather than a particular Walmart center. Let me preface my comments by explaining that I am in my 60s so the pretty shine of shopping has long worn off. It's a chore only slightly less offensive than scooping my cat's litter pan. Added to that I live about 30 miles from the nearest Wally World. I was thrilled when the pickup service was started. I could order just about anything I needed and all I had to do was drive up and let someone load it in my car. How sweet is that?! Now the rules have changed. You can no longer purchase fresh or frozen food for pickup. So I can get a box of crackers but if I want bagels I have to go in to the store. My last grocery list had 37 items. I was only able to order 14 of those for pickup. I was not able to specify a pickup time and was advised by text that it could be as late as 8 pm before my order was ready. On top of that, almost half of the items wouldn't be available for pickup till the following week! So that meant two 60 mile round trips to get 14 items. Not worth the hassle, not worth the gas, and not doing that again.

I decided to go into Wal-Mart to pick up a few items normally I go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market but since this Walmart was closer to my house I decided I will go there which was a mistake I get there there so many people in the store the parking lot is full you can swear it's the holiday tomorrow with all the people shopping one side of my shopping I found it go up to the cashiers and the lines are hanging to the opposite side of the store in the midst of all this chaos they decide to close down the registers on the east side of the store self checkouts and all of course customers are upset because there's like 50 people standing in line hanging halfway to the other side of the store they're paging for any cashier that can check please come to the front and no one is coming it was a complete disaster this is why I don't go to the bug Walmarts at all you wait too long in line. never enough workers snd poor customer service. This is why I shop Krogers or the Neighborhood Market. I should have known better.
