This is a walmart I've now visited 4 times, and it's nice! I mean the employees smile and are nice, even the younger ones lol they don't look miserable like the other younglings that I see at other stores which is good lol The only thing that I would let anyone know is that their water refill station doesn't work properly, or at least the screen doesn't. Maybe this post will encourage them to fix it. We shall soon see 😂

Nothing special. Its a Walmart where employees walk around on their phones. Don't ask anyone for help you are better off walking around looking for it yourself.

The girl on register 26 looked mad at the world, had no manors, was not polite, and was more worried about being on her cell phone.
Eggs are $3 cheaper for a dozen of eggs at Market Basket. For the price you pay for a bag of scallops, you should get more than a 1/4 of a bag.

I bought a tire yesterday , ladies in customer service 5 stars, but the service on the tire awful , they did not even check the tire air limits (I hope they are balanced🙏) I went back to correct the issue and the man was SO furious I spoke to him twice he never answered me neither answered me when I thanked something that should be taken care before in a professional manner . I left and again air were incorrect I went another place were they fixed with a smile (one of them was 40 were should be just 33)I will not coming back for any tire in the future.walmart in Nelson Rd

Items I can use are decent, organic offerings (produce and consistency on maintaining other items- Peanut butter, Yogurt,) have room for improvement. They just did a manipulation on the floor layout, which slows me down. I'm the shopper who knows what's needed, I want to be able to find, check out, and be on my way. I'll let the others who want to browse, browse, just please leave me a path to pass you and we'll get along fine. Want to hog the wide aisles? I won't say anything, but that doesn't mean I'm not cussing you out in my thoughts..... Just be thoughtful about the others who don't have as much time as you and leave them room to pass.
The checkout....this is probably going to give me thoughts of shipping elsewhere, because the re-formulation of the layout and having to have staff to direct shoppers to an available checkout is annoying to me. I can find my way to a checkout, and process myself pretty quickly, but now there are fewer checkouts, the layout and process slows things down, and is now going to make me re-think whether the extra time spent is worthwhile. Now since technology prevails, if they want to appeal to me, provide a restricted lane, by which an identifier on a card or a cell phone allows me access, and keeps tabs on my speed/efficiency while checking out. If I fall below a certain speed, then restrict me to the checkouts for the masses, otherwise, give me an express lane option.

Pricing is good, selection is decent, checkout procedure needs to be re-evaluated.... seriously....
So now the choke point entering into the checkout area is getting worse. I can determine an available register and check myself out pretty quickly. It seems they now have a gatekeeper pointing people to which register is available, so I have to wait for someone to tell me where I can check-in, instead of promptly looking for an available register and checking myself out, and take even longer to be through? I don't remember watching others grab the Easter eggs vs scrambling to get what I could myself? I make an effort to be courteous, my aggressiveness only applies to me getting in and out as quickly as possible. Why should I have to wait behind someone who moves slower than myself? Create a passing lane Waltons!!!
