I was not pleased with the Laplace store. My major complaint after they return my watch I was not given back my $33.95 taxes I paid nor anyone swiped my card to put it back in bank account. Kendra was the cashier but when I ask to return was another employee. He was a tall white guy. In purchasing my phone too many people interfered with what was going on. I will not recommend that store for future business. The guy was Kaden F. I would like the company to reimburse me.

Went to the Laplace store yesterday wasn’t sure if I was ready to get a new phone, I have been having having problems with mine, Vineisha was so helpful, not pushy at all, the best service I ever got. I can honestly say that.

Kaden was incredibly helpful during my visit to the store to upgrade my service. He helped me pick out a new phone and that was despite how busy they were. If I’m ever in town needing to visit AT&T this is where I would go.

It was a Saturday afternoon, as soon as I walked in Kendra was ready to assist me. She knew the answer to all of my questions and was able to help me upgrade my phone and service plan efficiently. The other worker helped me with my trade in. Both were very patient with my phone’s updating and my daughter running around the store asking a billion questions.

Our experience at AT&T in Laplace was wonderful. Easy process of switching our services to them. Specifically, employee Ms. Vee was outstanding, answered all of our questions, and made the process simple.
