From the service I had Friday I’m not surprised at the rating this bank has. Such a disappointment! Went to get a cash advance that they claim they don’t charge for and actually does have fees!!! They don’t explain anything and they don’t know anything. Before they try to help you find out they’re making smart remarks behind the glass. If you don’t know something, say that! They need a whole new set of tellers at this location!! This is going to make me switch banks because it’s not worth the disrespect!!!

horrible , simple as that, waited 30 mins , in the lobby and left , tried to call the branch . or the 800 number , it says go online ?they cant even take a phone call ?

Friendly and professional staff and customer service at this location. I frequently use/visit the Destrehan location that is nearest my work more often, but this one is just as great & even closer to my house!

I’ve been having an account here for years and I only experience poor service from one employee, Cheri (I believe that’s how you spell her name). Whenever I get money or change she never ask if I would like my money in an envelope and once I do ask for one she places it onside my money and does not put it in. This is very rude because any other employee I went to never gave me these problemsz

This location has excellent customer service! A friendly, compassionate staff. I see low ratings based off of long drive-thru waiting times. That's because this branch gives priority to those that care to come inside for a face-to-face encounter. This I LOVE, & is the motivating reason I stay with this bank! These customers are generally elderly. I know because I go inside just for the wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work!
