I am concerned because, despite being told my car would be ready in four days, it is still not ready seven days later. I can not comment on the quality as I haven't received it yet, but I will provide an update once I have.

Horrible place... DO NOT bring your vehicle there if there's mechanical problems as well. They ONLY focus on body work.

I have brought numerous vehicles here over the past 15 years because of the great work they do and at one time I recommended them to numerous people however, that has changed as of today. When I picked my vehicle up (a few weeks ago), I noticed there were 16 unaccounted miles. I brought this to the attention of one worker who, in turn, directed me to the person who was outside. He said I was mistaken and that the vehicle was not moved. The owners (who I know to be the owners) were not there at the time. Fast forward to today- Brought vehicle back. Owner was there. He came outside and while checking the issue I was having, I ask him if he was aware of the mile and started telling him what I discovered. Well that didn't last long because the owner accused me of making false claims against him and his workers! Mind you, he was not rude, but he did not want to hear anything I had to say about the incident. As I tried to tell him what happened he is telling me about all of the expensive cars (Porsche, Audi, etc.) in the shop and all of his expensive equipment so why would HE use my stuff. As I was talking, he began walking away (kind of waving his hand in the air) stating he does not feel comfortable touching my vehicle anymore. I don't know what his worker(s) told him but for him to act like that really bothered me especially since he was NOT there when I picked up my vehicle. What he may or may not know is this:1. Inside was left dirty2. Pins were not placed back 3. Plastic rug was missing(Those 3 above were rectified when I brought the vehicle back)4. Bolt and plate for a washing machine was found in the rear (how did it get there?)5. 16 additional miles were recorded from drop off to pickup 6. Instructions for jack usage was lying in the rear and not in its respective location. (Why was it moved?)7. Jack had been used (as evidenced by the yellow paint and scrapes/ chipped black paint) 8. Jack had not been secured (as evidenced by sliding around in its hub) 9. My vehicle is green, the paint on the jack is yellow, I am the only driver, and I have never used a jack in my life! I asked the owner if there were cameras so we can see whether or not the vehicle was moved (without their knowledge) but the cameras were just installed a few days ago- go figure.As stated at the beginning, they do great work but the owner would not listen to this customer. The low star is for the treatment I received today. Maybe if I was a male, he might have listened....So there you have it. My story. Had to tell it to someone since the owner didn't want to hear it....
