“Easy & simple transactions happen all the time, but when you REALLY find out about a business, is when some problem arises, and how they handle it. Here’s what happened; I bought a battery operated tool that came with a battery and charger, but the battery was dead. We all assumed it just needed to be charged up, but when I got home the battery would not take a charge. I sent a text to Pawn Depot, explaining the situation, and that I was unhappy about it, and thought some minor consideration should be forthcoming. To complicate matters I live about 150 miles from this store, so I couldn’t easily stop in. Lo & Behold, I received a phone call from the store manager just a few hours later, and they offered to buy me a replacement battery from Amazon, and have it sent to my home. This is above & beyond what I expected, and shows how much they care for their customers, and making sure the customer is happy. I have nothing but respect for Pawn Depot in LaPlace, and highly recommend them…they’ll treat you right!”
