Like I tell my friends. EVERY big box store has different inventory and prices. In Home Depot the tool section is behind locked wooden doors. -which is a good thing. The battery operated mowers were cool.

Decided I'd try a refurbished pressure washer, never have I bought a refurb item before., but since pressure washers are something you rarely use (in my case twice a year) I decided Id try saving a little money and get a refurb. It was a Honda motor, my neighbor had same one that I've borrowed 2-3 times so was familiar. This home depot would not budge on the price however. I was a bit worried about reliability of a refurb item, but was was told by sales and service personnel that they are "as good as new" (it actually looked brand new). Well, get it home, put gas in it, go to start it up. Nothing. Tried several times, nothing. Again, I'm aware of this model and how to use it, so I know I wasn't missing anything or doing anything wrong. Went to take it back, and wanted to get a new one. But asked for 15-20% off of new one for my time and trouble. They refused. I asked for the manager to come up to service desk and talk to me. Service person said she did not want to come to front. What kind of a manager doesn't come to front of store to talk to a customer? So I go to the back to talk to her. Well my question was answered....a obese lazy manager with a not great attitude, that's who. Come to think of it, most all the employees there were overweight, lazy and had bad attitudes. I'll stick with going to Lowe's from now on, I'd advise the same to you.

Always a pleasant experience in this Home Depot. Easy to find associates. Not longer than normal wait times in the lines. No long 'to the back of the store lines'. Available self-check out lanes that ARE ACTUALLY WORKING. Stocked shelves. When in the area and I'm in need of a hardware fix or materials, here's the place for me. Friendly, willing to work, helpful associates makes finding what I need a breeze. This visit in particular, I needed to have some shelves cut for storing a few items. I was greeted by a young lady who called for and directed me to Zeno the master cutter, lol. Seriously, she did direct me to him for further assistance. After I selected 3 different types of lumber and finally decided on 1 for my shelving needs, Zeno cut and stacked the materials on the cart and then offered to assist me with loading them into my car; hello top notch customer service. I check out via the self-check out, provided my email address for the receipt, how cool and was Outtie 5000. Ample parking. Stocked shelves. Friendly, helpful, dutiful associates like Zeno make this Home Depot Stellar in my books.

This is an average Home Depot. This location seems to have limited hours. They are open until 10pm during the week. For the size, they have a good selection of stuff. The garden department is pretty good.
