“I've lived here going on two years and I have to say they have the most impressive service. I had an emergency maintenance issue recently and the Maintenance Supervisor arrived 15 minutes after I called. They even sent their cleaning lady over clean up after they fixed the issue to clean up the mess.
Sycamore Point has excellent staff.
This is the safest place to stay.
If you have high standards, they will for sure meet them all.”

“The assistant manager and manager truly went above and beyond the call of duty. They stayed and worked after hours to help my brother. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help made him feel right at home. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location. A washer and dryer were included in his apartment, and there is plenty of parking.
I highly recommend Chaparral Apartments for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

“Ms. Tammy from the Timber Ridge office made the whole move in/ approval process very easy and took good care of us. The facilities/amenities of Timber Ridge are great and an upgrade from when I lived here 17 years ago.
Also I will say that the maintenance team has been very prompt and efficient filling the numerous work orders we put in. Caleb was very thorough and helpful.”

“Amazing! The area is quiet and peaceful. With families of all kinds! Everyone is friendly and does a superb job of keeping the place clean and nice. The staff? Even better! Pamera and Warren do such an excellent job! Contactable at any given time. They make it really easy and nice to live here and never hesitate to help. A problem hates to see Pamera coming cause she gone handle it quickly!!!!!!”
