“Had scheduled for an elderly lady a repair for her car. Was told the parts would be in for pick up in 3 days. 3 days later The lady drove 50 miles to rendezvous so I could help her out. Except that morning when I went to pick up the part, they couldn't find it, or it didn't come in or something. It took 30 minutes for them to tell me that i would have to reorder it. So here I have her already in route. And now I'm running late and have bad news. when I met up with the old lady she had just gotten out of her car to walk inside as i was pulling up when i see her as she fell down on the ground in the rocks in the rain. I parked and rushed to help her. After helping her up, she was bleeding, and soaking wet.. I just couldnt tell her, "hey I know I got you out here laying on the ground in the rocks and the rain, but your part didn't come in... " I ended up having to take a part off my own personal vehicle and modified it to work for the woman. So it wasn't all for nothing. But in my eyes, if oriellys wouldn't have held me up in limbo, I would have been there early and could have helped her inside and she wouldn't have fallen.. basically... oriellys may as well have pushed her down. It never would have happened if they would have held up there end of the agreement. So keep that in mind.. oriellys will push down your grandma, leave her lieing in the rain, while they tell you to come back in 3 days... and not lose a wink of sleep in the process”
“Went for a weigh in for my PCS. The guy working the scale was pretty helpful and the weigh in was free which was awesome. Only downside is the scale is set on a dead end path so be aware when you go there to use the scale you'll need to shimmy yourself around and drive back around off of the scale.”

Side swiped in the first one while out of town, ambulance backed into the second one, and my newest car was attacked by a runaway cart at Market Basket. The only consistent thing out of these 3 situations was Nash's Paint & Body. They were caring, professional, and did great body work each time. I was scheduled in as soon as possible and they gave me back my car sooner than expected each time. I love living in a small town and knowing we have some great people to help us when the time comes. “I just had the ultimate customer service and human experience at Walmart. I’ve been in town all weekend for a family reunion. On Monday, October 21st, 2024 at 4pm, I arrived at the Walmart in Leesville, LA with my dad, and my aunts, his sisters. One aunt is diabetic, and she left her phone and her glucose monitoring device at home. I realized that she needed her phone to keep track of her blood sugar. While we were walking about the store, I noticed that she was getting quiet. I stuck close to her side and kept my hand in the small of her back, supporting her while she pushed the cart. I got scared she might pass out. After a few minutes, I knew her blood sugar was plummeting. I stopped at the self-checkout waiting for my dad and my other aunt while they finished their shopping. Amy showed up like an Angel and asked if we were okay. I asked her for a bottle of orange juice, and Amy also offered to get a chair and a buggy. I advised that a chair would be most useful, so that she could sit down and drink the orange juice to get her strength back. Amy said she would come back to check on us, after assuring we have everything we needed. A few minutes later, I checked on my aunt and she said she was ready to go dancing! I cannot express my gratitude for Amy’s kindness and care. It was the ultimate in customer service. She was alert, thoughtful and kept calm. It was an incredible expression of empathy and human kindness, something we see too little of these days. There is no way, I could depart Leesville without offering my most sincere appreciation for Amy and the compassion she showed me and my aunt today! Thank you, Amy…we love you!!!”
