My break light went out so i went into autozone for a new bulb. Not only did DRay get me exactly what i needed, he went above and beyond to help me install the new one. He was super friendly as well. Thank you so much DRay for the exceptional service.

So, yesterday my children and I went into AutoZone with a question about a part recently purchased and we had an encounter with an older gentleman that was clearly a manager of the astblishmen the name of Carlos I was being very polite as I asked the questions needed to help my children and I hopely finish the task awaiting us at home. There was another young man there by the name of D-Ray that witnessed his colleges rude and childish behavior. Not only did Carlos refuse to help but as I asked questions he got upset and began to clearly ignore me. At first I tried to deal with his trashy lack of professionalism but his disrespect was so blatant that I couldn't believe this store leader and representative of AutoZone was behaving this way. As I continued to be assisted by the other employee. We could clearly hear Carlos cursing and talking trash from around the corner. When I finally got at least halfway to some clarity and leaving the store... Carlos came back to the front and began to flip out while talking to his associate about us. I knew this because he was looking out of the store glass doors at us cursing and pointing in our direction. This guy doesn't have the temperament to be a leader and whatever his deal was he should've checked it before we came in the store. You guys will have your annual revenue greatly declined if customers have to deal with clowns like Carlos. My daughter told me that he was glaring at her in an aggressive manner and I didn't notice this because of my angle at the register. AutoZone normally has great customer service but this mook ruined our shopping experience for no reason that we caused . So we took our money to another store. Prayerfully if we ever have to go back he'll either not be there or he's dealt with his issues and treats money spending customers better. Thanks Carlos your a winner

Staff was extremely helpful and quick. They had my brake parts and made sure to give me all the price options available. They added coupons on automatically (I have an autozone account so they just looked it up) and then honored the military discount on top of it.
Store was clean and organized. Easy to find everything. And in true AZ fashion, staff was helping another customer in the parking lot and making sure she was getting everything she needed.
