Store 16728 has an associate with such a bad attitude and poor customer service skills.. It's not worth the hassle to shop there. The manager allows that.

Always well-stocked, clean, organized, and workers are friendly. However, PLEASE TELL YOUR WORKERS TO STOP SMOKING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE. I have asthma and have bad allergic reactions to secondhand cigarette and vape smoke, and I have to risk a reaction, waste time to wait until they move, or waste gas and have to come back again. Really, it's just common courtesy to keep your disgusting habit away from entrances children and sensitive people use. Please correct this issue, as this is an otherwise great store, best one in the Leesville area.

The staff are all welcoming and helpful. I recommend this DG, plus they have Redbox outside! Perfect place to go when we don’t want to go to Leesville or DeRidder :)
