I bought a $2000 couch from them and noticed right away there were some defects on the floor model. They said no problem we will ship you a brand new one. It's my fault I didn't check it once it arrived because I was new to the area and I was excited. Now that I have had the couch for a few months and started to rearrange my furniture I am noticing nails sticking out of the back and unfinished pieces of the couch. It is a beautiful couch but don't sit on it because you will sink. I never sit on this couch or lay on it for this reason. Buyer beware.

I just left the store. Byron was fast and very professional. They didn’t have the dining room set I wanted but he ordered one for me and I got a sectional from there. If I need anything else this is the place I’m going

I do not recommend this furniture store, although I have in the past. I have also recommended them highly to military tenants I come into contact with daily. I loved this place so much that I left a 5 star stellar review in 2015 naming Hannah as a top notch individual. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and sadly this business has changed for the worse.They have always taken care of any issues in a satisfactory way in the past when I dealt with the owner. In 2020, I bought a defective sofa. They did not stand behind it because it was a “random” purchase they made from a truck that was refused somewhere else during the beginning of covid. I didn’t know that meant they would not stand behind the product. The owner’s son did not offer to do anything to help the situation. He said his hands were tied and he couldn’t do anything. I asked him to check with his dad because I had literally never had an issue in the past that his dad hadn’t resolved in some way or another. That’s why I have always recommended them to my tenants. I had faith in their customer care. After pressing the son about asking his dad for some type of help, I was told he had checked with him and they couldn’t do anything. I thought maybe the pandemic had something to do with it and so much was going on that I moved forward and hoped that was an isolated situation.Fast forward to 2022 and I bought a small Crown Mark platform bed. The side support is made of plastic and broke 6 weeks after paying for it. I asked about a warranty or an option for me to even buy the part but got absolutely no help whatsoever. The reason I saw the support was broken was because we were going to move the bed yesterday to my 80 year old dad’s house next door for him to use when he comes home from the hospital tomorrow. I saw the broken support when I pulled the comforter off.I called and explained the situation to a staff member who was going to check and see if the broken part was available. At this point I would even pay for it. I tried calling the furniture company Crown Mark to buy the part and was told they could only deal with the dealer. After that phone call, we went ahead and moved the bed to my dad’s house hoping K & R could get a part in time to have his bed ready when he comes home.Today, when I follow up, I am told there is nothing that can be done. There is no assistance because that was a promotional item and I moved the bed, which is an issue. I moved the bed after it broke, and after I reported it, but let’s focus on that instead of the fact that a 6 week old bed frame is useless because it’s defective?? Anything to lay the blame on me and not take responsibility. Very disappointing.Having gone through this situation after the sofa debacle in 2020, I will never buy from them again. I will never advise anyone I meet to consider them an option, and I apologize to anyone I ever recommended them to. There’s right and there’s wrong…this was definitely wrong. Sadly, this company is nothing like it use to be.

HIGHLY recommend! We were in and out in less than an hour! Great customer service and Byron was super helpful!! We got same day delivery and it was free all by with free set up! Will be returning when we need more furniture.

After 42 years of living in Leesville, my wife and I conducted business for the first time with K & R Furniture. It was a great experience and Mr Jordan is a stand up guy. I highly recommend that if you are ever in the market for furniture, you need to stop in and give Mr Jordan and his crew an opportunity.

10 out of 10 recommend!!! From the Manager’s hospitality to the delivery drivers, customer care is of most importance. Very pleased with how everything came out and our couch looks way bigger than in the store haha!!! We’re in love!!!! Thanks to everyone at K and R for being so awesome……… and too the tall delivery driver, your plateful sarcasm made my day haha!! Y’all are too cool!!!

The furniture is scheduled to be delivered next week, however wanted to write a review on the incredible customer service of the employees there. They could not be more accommodating. Will continue to be a repeat customer.
