Door was jammed at time of delivery. Items shifted to block door from reopening. And only delivery option they had was scheduled three weeks after our move in day. So we had nothing at move in day. Paid over 5k for a 8X8 from Seattle to Jasper, TX

In a big city, it is great. If you are going to a smaller area, it is horrible.

This damage was done while the pod was in their custody. No notice was ever given to me that the pod was damaged. The exterior was just repaired by them and delivered to me to find my belongings damaged as well. Now the slow process of filing a claim. Not been a good experience.
