1st off, there's no other way of leaving a review without selecting a *star* but...let me tell you that this place is far worse then any I've ever dealt with in my 14yrs of service especially with military moving or moving at all. I had done reserved with them and spoke with them via phone and text just to show up 2 pick up equipment and confirm everything. the day of pick up as promised. Ms Evevlyn who I spoke via phone and messaged..insinuated that I had the wrong location.

We have used Castle Storage on two separate occasions over the last 5 years. The employees have always been kind and considerate, and go above and beyond to provide good service. Additionally, we feel that our belongings have been stored in a secure location. I will use them again if we have future storage needs.
