About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service offers a range of services at various locations, but experiences can vary. Some customers find the hours limited, such as the New Llano post office open only from 8:00 to 9:00 am, and have expressed frustration with long lines and the number of staff working, especially on weekends. Others note that packages sent via priority shipping are not guaranteed to arrive quickly, and shipping times can be unpredictable. However, many customers have had positive interactions with friendly and professional staff, such as those at the Leesville and New Llano locations, where employees have shown patience and kindness, even during busy or challenging times. Overall, while service quality and hours may fluctuate, the USPS staff often go out of their way to assist customers, especially when in need.

Good place to mail you letters and packages, buy stamps ect. Associates are nice and polite and can answer any questions you might have.

How is it that one person is working the counter on a Saturday? There was a family of six trying to get a passport and then there were seven people in line.
The post office in New Llano is only open from 8:00-9:00 am. This whole process is backwards! Do better!
