“I was in need of a unit at short notice and I called Tellus Self Storage, where I was greeted by the most delightful employee by the name of Kelly. She really takes pride in her job, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to assist. I really appreciate her positive energy and fast acting. From the moment I called she made sure if they could help me, I was helped. Even when I couldn't figure out an issue with their FREE rental truck, she ran over to help put my mind at ease about it. LOL! at that point, it didn't even matter that the truck was not in the best shape. Awesome job Kelly, please keep doing what you do, I my book, you're an asset.”

“So this company didn't move anything for us but they did volunteer their time to help with my son's "Make a Wish". The company received all materials and put them together and help set everything up for his media room. All workers were very nice and the owner Tristan was very accommodating and helpful.”

There is a 24 HR rental kiosk and a lock vending machine to accommodate any schedule.Two notes, this facility does not have lights inside the storage units, and we have not seen any carts or hand trucks available for loan at this facility.”
