Worst post office ever. I was at home all day waiting for an international package and they just left a "we tried delivering it". No, you didn't. I was waiting for you to deliver it and watching tracking. Now I have to drive 35 min out of my way to go get mail that is your job to deliver.

Postal Worker refuses to deliver to our address. Makes false claims of being undeliverableWe have had three orders in the two months falsely placed as "Undeliverable". One order being a medication order which was imperatives that it should have been delivered on time. Order A) Computer Desk - Stated it could not be delivered due to not being able to fit in mailbox. Postal worker refused to bring to the door. Order B) Medication- Stated as undeliverable. No one knocked. Husband works from home and is home all day. Order C) Gift from Relative- No one knocked. Husband works from home and is home all day.

I had a medical letter come that I had to sign for....they just left the card in the mailbox saying they couldn't deliver. I was home all day...so the mail carrier didnt even try...just lied and left the card in the mailbox! The letter is extremely important! Lazy and the absolute worst office!

They lost my insurance company check that I needed to pay my rent. I called several times no one would answer the phone. Someone should be held accountable for their mistakes. I show on my phone where they scanned my check. They avois don't give a dam.

It seems that every single time I order a package, they are never available to properly deliver it to us. They won't drive down our road to simply leave it on the front porch. Whoever delivers the mail is probably the most laziest person they could have possibly hired. It is ridiculous. I also have tried calling this post office on multiple occasions and they are incapable of answering their phone.

USPS decided not to deliver my packages because there were “too many”. They did not even bother to email me or anything. I only found out when I received an email from Amazon saying my delivery failed due to USPS. It really wasn’t that much stuff, and a lot of it was boxed together.

That is the worst post master. He needs to learn how to deal with people. He was very ugly to me and my daddy had just passed away. I don’t even use them. I go to walker post office

The carrier that delivers to lobell/Joe Gayle rd lies about delivering packages, and was EXTREMELY rude when I called her to ask about my packages.

I've never had a problem with my mail carrier. I've had to stop by the office 2-3 times and never really had an issue getting my mail. Most people don't really think about dropping a review on the Post Office unless something bad happens so I wouldn't be too worried about the negative reviews.

Changed my address but they still try to send it to the wrong address even when the Amazon package CLEARLY has the address I want it delivered to. They have returned 3 of my packages simply because they don't want to deliver them to the address Amazon has written on the package. They are delivering my packages based on MY NAME rather than MY ADDRESS. I do not live there anymore and I don't want packages sent to my current location because I won't be living there long either. Everything is supposed to go to the same address. I have changed my mailing address in Zulliy, Amazon, and Thrive Market and they still try to send it to where o love based on seeing my name on the package rather than where the address clearly states I want it sent. Every time I go in they argue with me. They have actually even started returning my sister-in-law's packages as well because they think she is me! This is unbelievable and absolutely ridiculous.

I must have just gotten a new mail carrier. All of the mail delivered down my road was put in the wrong mail boxes. Now, I have now idea who has hold of my mail, and when I try to call to let peopLe know about what happened, they hung up on me. Get your act together Postal Service

My mail person is pretty lazy. I have not received a package delivered to my door in two months, even though that's part of the cost of delivery. When we go to pick up the packages we are told that it is difficult for the person if nobody is home--even though we have repeatedly told them that my husband is home full time and if something is too difficult to deliver he can come and pick it up out of the mail van. We both work long days and cannot pick up from the post office at all during the hours the office is open.

Our mail carrier is apparently pretty lazy. Very rarely does she deliver packages to the door even when we are home. The one time that the she decided to deliver the package to the door, the instructions were not followed! I left a note very plainly on the front door (there is absolutely no way she could have missed it) that said to please put the packages in the box (up off the ground) right around the corner of the porch (literally 10 steps away). I did this so that my puppy would not chew on the packages. The packages were left on the porch itself in front of the door... right under the note. Now, I'm out on $150 worth of textbooks... all because she refused to walk 10 extra steps. I would have preferred to pick them up...

I love the lady that delivers my mail every day! She is so kind and always says hey to me. But she is quiting this year because she hates her job because of her contract and money situation for the job.
