“Truly the best in class! I was traveling from New Orleans to Shreveport and suddenly had an engine cooling malfunction. After pulling over into a nearby business and asking for help, they quickly pointed me to Livonia Auto!
Upon arrival, the team rapidly diagnosed the issue and informed me that due to the time of day (almost 5 PM), that no parts would arrive until the morning.
I began trying to figure out a way to get back to Baton Rouge to find a hotel for the night while I awaited the fix. After many unsuccessful attempts, one of the technicians, Jalen, said that he thought he could find a part at a neighboring shop.
Jalen drove around town after his workday to not only find the parts needed but then proceeded to complete the full repair. At this point it was well into the night and thanks to owner Michael and Jalen I made it safely to my destination that evening.
These true first-in-class men charged a fair price and went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe and taken care of. I wish I lived closer as these are the kind of people I trust and want taking care of something as important as a vehicle.
