I they don't answer the phone it stays busy there were three children robbing another child outside their store I tried to call the store it was busy 20 minutes later it's still busy

There were 2 registers, one manned and the other self checkout card only. One party kept BOTH registers tied up while I and others waited to pay. The associate really couldn't do anything without probably causing a problem. She was calm and polite. Sadly the customer was kind of thrilled to make everyone wait. Stars for the associate keeping her cool. The store is well stocked, I prefer it over the Joaquin location.
