“I stopped by this Dollar General while passing through Independence, and I was pleasantly surprised by how organized the store was. The aisles were well-stocked with a solid range of everyday essentials—from snacks and household goods to seasonal items. It was easy to find what I needed without wandering around too much.The staff were friendly and quick to help when I asked about a product, and checkout was smooth with minimal wait time. Parking convenient, although a few boxes were stacked in the aisles, which made navigating with a cart a bit tight in places.”
“It was pleasant. The service was at a fast pace, without being rushed. I was asked twice if I needed help, I was greeted coming in, and acknowledged & welcomed to come back as I was leaving. The people working the day shift are great, its the evening shift that has the attitude problems!”

“I've been to A LOT of dollar stores, and this one by far is still the best one I've ever been to! I've never had any problems with any of the employees. This store is always very clean and tidy. The main manager lady with the black hair, wears glasses, I don't know her name, but she is the best you'll ever get. So if I were y'all, I'd give her a raise! Keep up the good work! ?”
“Most of the material that I bought I normally get it at the Dollar tree but since they have went up from $1 to $1.25 many of the items are on the dollar aisle at Dollar general case in point facial napkins $1 a package of three toothbrushes $1 storage bags $1 so I love their dollar out because they are well stocked and I can still get my items for $1”

“Went in to buy a birthday gift today, the manager opened up the gift bag and put the toy in and made the gift paper stick out of the bag beautifully. He didn’t have to but offered anyway. Every time i go in the workers greet me and are super kind.”

I was dreading going in to this store because of horrible past experiences with this store but when I walked through the door JEFF was there and greeted me and made my entire experience a joy I cannot stress enough how horrible this door was ! “I came in for Halloween items and left out with A BUNCH of Christmas and Thanksgiving items including dinnerware. Since Halloween is 10 days away, the selection is skimpy. I did get some signs for outside my front door, which was $5. They are cute but flimsy so I'm not expecting to use them for another season. The cashier was quick so no complaints. My biggest issue was buying all this stuff and couldn't use the cart to take it to the car. It sucked carrying all those bags on my arms.”

“The employees are always so nice they greet you upon entering the store and since opening this location the store is always neat. I no longer live in Robert but I refuse to go to the DG up the street from my house so I drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this location every time. Good people working here.”
